Staying in a double room with a river view is great, and having amenities like a mini-bar, climate control, and a safe in the room was convenient, plus the staff were all very helpful.

The spa pool area was not maintained properly. the lounging deck chairs had noticeable stains and the cushions were left outside, covered in grass, dirt, and dead insects.
